Links

I am rebuilding a lot of the links pages, so they'll be rather small at the start and will grow as I am able to add links.  I have a busy four or five weeks at work ahead of me at my job, so this will be done during whatever time I have available on weekends.  That means it'll be pretty slow going, but it will happen.

In those cases where I have had some dealings with the site in question, I'll add any comments that I feel appropriate to add.  But with more people asking to have links posted, I cannot make recommendations on everything.  Therefore, keep in mind that being linked to from here is NOT an endorsement of a particular site or its service.  Always make sure to do your homework when dealing with different sites.  Check sites like reseller ratings for online stores, or your local BBB.  For informational sites, seek out other sites with similar content, and try to find newsgroups or message boards as well.  There aren't many things that cannot be cured preemptively by a bit of research.

Also, I am checking each link as I add it.  If the link doesn't work or the site seems to have been abandoned (i.e., not updated for a long time, like my site :p), I will not add the link.  If you find that your site used to be linked here but is no longer linked, send me an email and I'll check for it again and add it.  There may be other reasons that a link is left out or taken down.  Keep in mind that this site is maintained purely as a hobby.  I have no financial interests in what stays or goes, which means that I can add or remove links as I see fit, or refuse to do so if I am so inclined.  Corrections to info are always appreciated, but attempts to influence the content of the site will be  ineffective.

And of course, if you want to have your link added to one of the link pages, email me with the URL and site name.  A short description would be nice but is not necessary, except to let me know where the link will be placed.  I am not interested in link exchanges, just send me a request to have your site linked from here, and make sure it is a relevant link (in other words, it should fit under one of the available categories.  I will NOT be adding categories just to include your site, sorry).
